Miindful Monday (Tuesday Edition)

Just like that, Christmas is over.

Your house is full of presents, you made it through seeing your in-laws pain free(for the most part). Now what?

Take a breathe. It is a new day.

Some of us get back to routine, some of us have a week to relax, well we all just need to keep calm and carry on. 

2018 is coming and each day, each week, each year is an opportunity for Miindfulness. 

Make that a priority in the coming weeks. 

The Holidays is a very easy time to get lost but now get back to that present moment. 

Teach your babies about renewal and rejuventation.
